HKJ Holdings Pte Ltd (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.good-health.asia/) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


1. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase when you cart out.


2. Return Policy


We do not accept returns except for items incorrectly delivered or damaged. Please contact us within three (3) working days upon receipt at enquiry@good-health.asia for assistance.


3. Delivery Terms


3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, transit time for domestic shipments are within 2 – 5 working days


3.2 Transit time Internationally

In general, transit time for international shipments are within for 4 – 28 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected, we are able to offer a more specific estimate when you select your courier at checkout.


3.3 Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


3.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address before your order is shipped out from our warehouse.


3.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.


3.6 Military Address Shipping

We are unable to ship to military addresses.


3.7 Items Out Of Stock

We endeavor to maintain accurate stock count at all times. Should we not be able to fulfill your order due to stock discrepancy, we would contact you to either ship out available stocks and process a partial refund of the unship items or cancel the order fully and process a full refund.


4. Tracking Notifications


Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


5. Duties & Taxes


5.1 Sales Tax

Local Goods & Service tax has already been applied to the prices of the goods as displayed on the website if applicable.


5.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Unless the taxes are computed & displayed in advance by your selected courier when you cart out, additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

If a shipment is refused because of import custom duties & taxes, you will not be refunded. Customs policies could vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for clarification when in doubt.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we would strongly suggest you:

  1. To provide a local phone number and email in your order.
  2. And be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for up to 5 days upon arrival in your destination country before they may return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.


6. Cancellations


We do not accept request for cancellation once your order is shipped. Please contact us immediately within 1 business day with your order details before we pack and ship for cancellation of your order.


7. Parcels damaged in-transit


7.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

If your parcel is damaged during transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.


7.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

If your parcel is lost during transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
